Digital Art Commission - Terms & Conditions

General
1) These art commission rates apply to commissions created in a digital medium and are for personal use only. The completed artwork may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for any commercial purposes. If you are interested in a commercial commission, please contact me via email for a quotation.
2) My artwork may not be used for AI training, machine learning datasets, NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or any similar technologies.
3) Unless otherwise agreed, I reserve the right to post completed commissions on my website, portfolio, or social media accounts. If you would prefer your commission to remain private, please let me know before work begins.

Payment
4) Payments are accepted exclusively through PayPal and are based on the commission prices listed.
5) All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Payment is required in full before work begins.
6) If you cancel before work has begun, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after work has started, refunds will generally not be provided, as time has already been invested in the commission.
7) Payments are non-refundable once work has started, except if I cancel the commission. If I cancel a commission after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued for any unfinished work.
8) I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission request at my discretion.

Artwork
9) Initial contact should be made through email or DM (X, Instagram, Discord). Once accepted, all further communication regarding the commission will continue through the same communication channel unless otherwise agreed.
10) I am most comfortable drawing:
- SFW artwork
- Characters with feminine features
- Humanoid characters
11) I currently do not accept commissions involving:
- NSFW content
- Furry or anthro characters
- Highly masculine characters
- Highly detailed backgrounds

Commission Process
12) Submit your request via email or Discord, including:
- Commission type
- Reference images (if applicable)
- Description of the commission
- Any additional notes or requirements
13) Review & Acceptance
I will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days to confirm whether I can accept the commission.
14) Payment Request
Depending on my workload, I will contact you when I'm ready to begin your commission. At that point, payment is required in full before work starts. This approach helps me manage my queue while ensuring you only pay when your commission is about to begin.
15) Sketch Stage (if applicable)
A rough sketch will be provided for review. Major revisions (up to 2) can be requested at this stage.
16) Pre-Final Review (if applicable)
A nearly completed version will be sent for approval. Only minor revisions can be requested at this stage.
17) Final Delivery
Once completed, the final artwork will be delivered in the agreed format.
18) Estimated completion time is generally 1–4 weeks, depending on my workload and the complexity of the commission. I will keep you informed if there are any significant delays.
